Time flies. Not that I mind, especially since I love spring and summer, so I really don't mind winter months flying past. Sometimes I wonder what I'm living in Oslo for, since I love sun and warm weather. March went past quickly. I managed to read 26 books for adult and young adults, and a number of children books as well. I don't count them. There are two books I want to mention form March. One is I love Dick by Chris Krauss. I love the way fiction and real life is mixed up, and the format the book is written in. It's an absurd, fun and interesting read. If you haven't read it, do read it. I guarantee a good experience. It takes a lot to actually get an original idea that haven't been done before one way or the other, but I don't think this has been done before. Anyway, read it! The other book is The Art Of Being Normal by Lisa Williamson. I have recently learned it is not the first book about being a transgender, but still the first book I read about transgender. And I love how Lisa Williamson writes about the topic. And regardless of the topic, it's a well written book. It's a young adult book, but I think all adults should read it too.
I went to three concerts in March. Two of them was with Sondre Lerche. An experience with no comparison, I think. It's something special being one of about fifty people on a concert. Sondre Lerche is an amazing musician, I think he is so good that I actually went to two of his concerts. If you have the chance to go to one of his concerts, go! Check out Pleasure tour, and don't think about it, just go. The other concert I went to was Thomas Dybdahl. He is good as well. The upcoming concerts are Rag'n Bone Man in Amsterdam. I had tickets to his concert at Parkteateret, which is a real small venue, takes about 500 people. That would have been so cool! But unfortunately he plays in Oslo during Easter. Luckily he plays in Amsterdam during Easter as well. It's a bigger venue, but not too big. So I'm going to Amsterdam to watch him. If you haven't heard about Rag'n Bone Man, look him up and listen. I think he is about to hit it big now, and I don't expect him to do small venues for too long. And I'm also going to Karpe Diem. Never been to their concerts either.
